Jonathan Kantermann – Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan is a leading alternative asset management executive with deep knowledge of hedge funds, real estate, asset based lending, capital raising and deployment. Since 2012, Jonathan is a Managing Partner at Institutional Asset Advisors where he specializes in fund consulting focusing on asset based lending strategies. Previously Jonathan was the Managing Director of Stillwater Partners, a $1.3 billion fund focused on asset backed lending and real estate.  Prior to Stillwater, Jonathan was the Managing Director and head of investor relations for Valenzuela Capital Partners, a $2.2 billion institutional money management firm.  Jonathan is frequently quoted in publications such as Barron’s and the WSJ, and in 2013 was recognized by the New York Press Club Awards for Excellence in Journalism for his work on hedge funds and due diligence in the Financial Times.

John O’Reilly – Chief Development Officer

John brings extensive energy and experience to the firm as a serial entrepreneur who splits his time between New York, where he has lived for the last 30 years and Dublin where he was born.
John has been involved in a number of successful start up ventures ranging from Retail to Real estate funds. John was a founding member and executive of the New York Property Funds which completed numerous high end Real Estate developments. John has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate development and structuring for over 25 years.

Brian Tyrrell – Project Financial Controller

Brian has worked as a finance specialist for over 30 years, has been a director of several regulated investment firms and founded and subsequently sold a substantial financial services company. Brian has significant experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion with a strong emphasis on financial control.
Brian is a qualified investment analyst, a Fellow of the Chartered Society For Securities and Investments and a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.

Stephen Casey – Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Casey practices in the area of tax law and related financial planning and organizational  structuring, with a strong emphasis on facilitation international transactions.  Stephen has close to 30 years of finance and legal experience and is both a tax attorney and a certified public accountant. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Stephen served as CFO for a number of private and listed technology businesses in New York and Dublin.

Brian Macnish – Chief Marketing Officer

Brian has over 30 years of experience in the legal and financial services industry.  He has lived in Harlem over 20 years and has hands on experience developing residential real estate in the area. He is the managing principal of Craven Capital LLC, a Registered Investor Advisory firm located in NYC.  Brian was formerly a Director at Deutsche Bank Securities and prior thereto, a Managing Director at Wilmington Trust, where he represented high net worth individuals, families and foundations.  Brian began his career in financial services in 1997 with Merrill Lynch before joining Atlantic Trust Company as a Senior Vice President in 2003. Brian holds an LLB from the University of Queensland and has practiced law in both the US and Australia.
